Terms of Service

1. The service
Bayan provides AI-assisted writing tools: text transformation, templates, knowledge-grounded generation, brand voice, and a browser extension. By creating an account or using Bayan you agree to these terms. If you use Bayan on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Workspace owners control their workspace: members, roles, templates, knowledge, and billing. Seat counts and plan limits are enforced by the service.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Bayan to break the law, infringe rights, generate malicious or deceptive content, probe or disrupt the service, or attempt to access other tenants’ data. We may suspend accounts that put the service or others at risk.
4. Your content
You own the text you submit and the results you generate. You grant Bayan the limited rights needed to operate the service (processing your text through AI providers, storing your history and documents). You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it.
5. Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans renew until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Credits measure AI usage, refill monthly, and do not roll over. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Bayan is provided “as is”. AI output can be inaccurate; it is assistance, not professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Termination and changes
You may delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app, and continued use constitutes acceptance. The version you accepted is recorded on your account.
