The workspace owner’s organization is the customer for Business and Enterprise plans. Owners manage seats, and each active member occupies one seat. Content uploaded to a workspace (templates, knowledge, brand voice) is controlled by the organization; personal content remains the individual’s.

Data processing

For organizations requiring a data processing agreement, contact us. Employee request content is never exposed to workspace administrators through analytics; access to private content requires explicit, audited controls.
